Contest Entry Rules
  1. Classical 89 Contests are open to Utah, Idaho and Wyoming residents 18 and over only.
  2. Employees of BYU Broadcasting, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  3. One entry per household. Multiple entries from one household will result in disqualification.
  4. All contest entries are the property of Classical 89.
  5. Classical 89 is not responsible for contest entries lost or mutilated in the mail.
  6. Prizes are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-endorsable.
  7. Winner will provide their own transportation from their home to and from prize events, concerts and lodging locations.
  8. Contest subject to all federal, state, and local laws, and void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  9. Prize winners are ineligible to win additional prizes for a period of 30 days.
  10. Odds of winning Classical 89 prizes depend on the number of entries.
  11. No purchase or pledge contributions are necessary in Classical 89 contests.
  12. Databases complied from Classical 89 contest entries are not sold or shared with any other company or organization. However, name and address of individual contest winners must be forwarded to respective arts organizations that are awarding the prizes.
  13. Classical 89 is not responsible for prize elements that become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, including canceled performances, participants going out of business, etc.
  14. In cases of winner ties, Classical 89 judge's decision will be final.
  15. Prizes will not be substituted for cash.
  16. Classical 89 winners assume all tax liability associated with the use of the prize.
  17. Classical 89 does not discriminate on the basis of sex, age, or race.
  18. Entrants and winners are solely responsible for their own actions and agree to hold harmless Classical 89, BYU Broadcasting, and Brigham Young University, the contest sponsors and participants, and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, and licensees from and against any liability arising in connection with their participation in the contest and the prizes.
  19. Entry in the Classical 89 Contest Give Away Contest constitutes permission to use the Qualified Entrants' and Prize Winners' name, likenesses, and biographical data on-air for purposes of advertising and promotion by The Sponsors in connection with the contest without further consent, compensation, or approval of the Qualified Entrants or Prize Winners.
  20. By participating and entering the Classical 89 Contest Give Away Contest, entrants agree to these rules.
