Thinking Aloud
When Is Music Sacred, with Gregory Glenn and Craig Jessop
From the Tabernacle on Temple Square in Salt Lake City, we are joined by two of Utah's premiere musicians in this discussion on the nature of sacred music. A graduate of Catholic University in Washington, D.C., Gregory Glenn is the Director of Liturgy and Music at The Cathedral of the Madeleine in Salt Lake City and the Founding Director of The Madeleine Choir School. Glenn has served in Utah since September of 1988. Craig Jessop served as conductor for the national vocal ensemble of the United States Air Force before becoming the Music Director for the Mormon Tabernacle Choir in 1999.—Original airdate: 4/26/2007
