Generational Differences in the Workplace
For the first time in American work force history, four different generations are trading ideas in the office, at the drawing board, and wherever work happens. Not surprisingly, the latest group--the I Generation, the Google Generation--approaches work with a different mentality heavily influenced by technology and unique goals.
