Teens, Parents, and Religion
As a BYU scholar, Professor David Dollahite has made extensive study of parents and teens in highly religious families. His studies show that the common conception of the aloof and distant teenager may be overplayed on TV, at the cinema, and just about everywhere. Teens today want to talk but parents may not understand who needs to be at the center of these conversations, or how to conduct them. —Original airdate: 8/25/2008
