With the outbreaks of salmonella and recalls of meat, how do we know when the food we're eating is safe?nbsp; Today we're talking with Roger A. Clemens about foodnbsp; myths and recalls. Dr. Clemens is Associated Director of the Regulatory Science program and adjunct Professor of Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Sciences within the School of Pharmacy at the University of Southern California.nbsp; He is also the President elect of the Institute of Food Technologists.
