Fitness for Life with Phil Allsen
For decades, Fitness for Life has been a part of students' schedules. It keeps you on track, and is intended to keep you going for your entire lifetime. For many, it was perhaps the single most dreaded course, but required General Education class. And the man who helped start it all still teaches at BYU.
